Admissions Process

Interesting in joining our school? Read the steps below.
  1. Fill out the Admissions Form below (if you are experiencing technical difficulties with the form you can email us at admissions@qawsain.ca or call us at 604.783.9011).
  2. Once we receive your form (or email), our Admissions Officer will set up a time for you to come and visit the school.
  3. After your visit, you will have to complete the standard registration forms and pay the registration fee, late entrance fee (if applicable), materials, and first months' tuition, all of which are non-refundable.

  • Where do you do PE?

    We have PE in the 3 local parks near the school: 


    - Humm Park (3 minutes)

    - Fraserview Park (8 minutes)

    - Gordon Park (12 minutes)


    We have PE outdoors even in light drizzle or wet grounds as we are strong proponents of the benefits of fresh air. If the weather or air quality index are not favorable, we use our indoor multipurpose room.

  • How many students do you have?

    Our school has somewhere between 23 to 30 students. We pride ourselves with the attention we are able to give to each child towards Islamic character building and academia.

  • Do you offer high school?

    Yes! We are accepting applications for grade 10 for the next academic year.

  • Do you offer preschool?

    Not at the moment. 

  • Do you subsidize?

    We offer subsidy on a case-by-case basis until we reach our maximum quota. Subsidies for the 2022-2023 school year are closed.

  • Do you take international students?

    Yes we take international students, contact us for more information at admissions@qawsain.ca
